The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. McGivney in New Haven, Connecticut

The 5 core service areas are: Church, Community, Council, Family and Youth

Membership Requirements:
1-Must be at least 18 years old of age
2-Must be a male
3-Must be a practical Catholic
